The Divine Deception The Gospel of Luke, Chapter 1, Verses 26 to 38, 21st Century Edition “Jehovah Media Enterprises Inc.” The sign looms large above the city stink. A towering building dominating all, Just as its papers rule the public thrall. Young Mary is the newest mailroom girl, She’s pleased to have her first job out of school. In Spring, she’ll wed her childhood sweetheart, Joe. Her future’s bright and filled with golden glow. Jehovah’s right-hand-man is Gabriel, A henchman who will act, but never tell. Now, Mary’s working late one night on chores, And Gabriel is standing at the door. “Our Lord, Jehovah, wants to sire a son, “And, Mary, you’ve been chosen as the one. “Tomorrow morn you’ll to Obstetrics go. “Your eggs, his sperm, will form an embryo.” “You’ll raise the boy, Jesús, as yours and Joe’s, “Until Jehovah calls the one he chose. “You must be honoured by this task ahead!” Sweet Mary, still in shock, just nods her head.
