Lamentations and Admonitions

Lamentations 1 Zedekiah’s Lament

King Solomon cries in vain while masons sleep,
And Hiram still is dead, while Tyre must weep.
The enemy is in the temple now,
And stone by stone they bring the temple down.

Admonitions 1 The Old Gods

Do not forget the Old Gods,
For we've not gone away.
We'll see you in the sorting shed
Upon the Judgement Day.

Lamentations 2 The Bowline

The hitch is tied and set to go,
The running bowline beckons below.
Ero has now become eram;
What I was is all that I am.

Admonitions 2 Climate Change

My wicked creature never learns,
As glaciers melt, and forests burn.
And now the oceans’ waters rise
To usher in Mankind's demise.
